1. Scope of Services

MakDeveloper provides professional custom web design, Shopify e-commerce development, mobile apps, local SEO, Google Ads management, and brand identity design in accordance with mutually agreed project proposals, milestones, and scope documents.

2. Project Milestones & Client Approvals

Projects proceed in structured phases: Discovery & Wireframing, UI/UX Design, Development, Quality Assurance, and Final Deployment.

• Clients agree to provide necessary text, assets, access credentials, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Milestone sign-offs authorize our engineering team to proceed to the next development stage.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of 100% full project payment, all proprietary code, customized UI design assets, website databases, and text content created specifically for the project become the exclusive property of the client, excluding licensed open-source libraries or third-party software.

4. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Payment milestones (advance deposit, mid-project milestone, and final deployment balance) are clearly detailed on official company invoices. Payments are accepted via approved bank transfer, UPI, or verified payment gateways.

5. Warranty & Post-Launch Support

All custom websites and applications include 30 days of complimentary technical support post-launch to resolve any unforeseen bugs. Ongoing monthly maintenance packages are available for server monitoring, regular backups, and feature updates.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai / Vasai, Maharashtra.
